As the building work processes images will be added to this page.

You can also get more detailed monthly updates during our morning service, which will be temporarily at Bedgrove Infant School, starting at 10.30am.

December 2024 – The main hall flooring has been removed. Bricks removed ready for the new fire escape. Stage and baptistry areas lowered. New foundations started outside.

November 2024 – The old offices have been demolished. Part of the church wall has been removed and bricks kept to be reused. The foundations have begun to be dug. The first evening service was held in the back hall and the fire alarms have been fitted.

November 2024 – Last meeting in the main hall and the back hall ready for use

October 2024 – Asbestos removed, windows bricked up and plastered, digging started, canopy removed and back hall painted

October 2024 – Upstairs, Offices, Meeting room and Tea point completed

September 2024 – Carpet laid in the offices and other floors prepared, almost finished…

August 2024 – Plastering, Painting, Ceilings and Lights.

August 2024 – Electrics being installed for the upstairs offices and meeting room

August 2024 – Checking internal foundations and installing the new hot water cylinder

August 2024 – Work on the upstairs new offices – having a smashing time!

July 2024 – Reforming the back entrance area

June 2024 – Checking The Foundations outside
