Thursday 12th March – An evening with Gavin Peacock – former professional footballer. Sports Quiz, interview and short talk from Gavin Peacock.
Former professional footballer Gavin Peacock played for Chelsea and Newcastle United before becoming a respected pundit with the BBC. Gavin is now a Baptist Pastor and will contrast the glory of professional sports with the “greater glory” found in faith in Jesus Christ

‘JUST DESSERTS’ – an evening of puddings plus a thought-provoking talk from Ann Benton.
We watch TV. We see the films. We read detective fiction; why are we so pleased when the bad guys get what’s coming to them?
Ann is the author of a number of successful books dealing with family issues. She is a frequent speaker at conferences and runs parenting courses. A former teacher and chair of Governors, she and her husband John, a retired Pastor, now live in Aylesbury.
